Leveraging Social Networks to Generate Ideas

Cairo from Below has announced an Urban Futures Ideas Competition to solicit ideas on alternate urban visions. The proposals are due on September 1, 2012 in the form of Facebook posts. “The aim of this competition is to highlight underrepresented issues, individuals and groups. This will encourage the input of new voices by publicizing great ideas.”

The finalists will be those who garner maximum number of “likes” on Facebook and generate a great deal of debate and discussion.

وأعلنت القاهرة من دون "مسابقة الأفكار الحضرية" للعقود الآجلة للحصول على أفكار بشأن الرؤى الحضري البديل. المقترحات تستحق في 1 سبتمبر 2012 في شكل وظائف فيس بوك. "الهدف من هذه المسابقة تسليط الضوء على قضايا الممثلة تمثيلاً ناقصاً، الأفراد والجماعات. وهذا سيشجع إدخال أصوات جديدة بالدعاية للأفكار العظيمة. " النهائية سيكون أولئك الذين حشد أكبر عدد ممكن من "يحب" على ألفيس بوك وتولد قدرا كبيرا من النقاش والمناقشة.
